Cystic Fibrosis: Hope for Alabama
Cystic Fibrosis: Hope for Alabama is a public charity set up to respond to the needs and challenges facing lower income CF patients and their families in the state of Alabama.
The goal of CF Hope is attempt to "fill in the gap" for qualifying CF patients and their families by paying for prescription drugs, medical equipment, regular monthly bills, and by providing other necessary assistance. All grants are based on the income of the CF patient and / or the family.
CF Hope intends to have several fundraising activities in the next year. Anyone interested is encouraged to volunteer their time. Donations are tax deductible and always welcomed.
