Depression has to be one of the biggest issues seen as a common and very normal aspect of life with Cystic Fibrosis. It is so easy to get depressed at some point in life. I know I have many times. The previous issue - "Coping with Difficulties in CF" - was written because of different ways people deal with their problems. Hopefully these will be a future reference for you.Please continue to correspond as we try to build a strong community to help one another.
