Reproduction is a very touchy subject.  It has been a personal struggle knowing that it has only been in this decade that many CF's plan for adulthood.  Times are changing due to medicines and technology; therefore we must be challenged in our thinking about the issues in life and how people with CF are affected. Reproduction is one area that was not even a thought as little as eight years ago where now wanting a family is a very real and practical option. The editor hopes this issue has been very educational and thought provoking.  
 
Please continue to correspond as we try to build a strong community to help one another.  Spring is here and we want to look at how to know when your child is sick.  The summer issue will be on preparing families with children who have CF to start school in the fall.  If you have questions and comments, please mail them to:
