Alabama Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Update
Great Stride's Walk
Great Stride's 2000 is a 10K (6.2 miles) corporate walk held in different cities across the United States each year. So far, Alabama has approximately raised:

This year has been a great success so far. The joy is to see everyone pull together for a common purpose. There are still many cities to do a walk.
Tuscaloosa September 17 Gulf Shores September 23 (tentative) Montgomery September 24 Florence October 1 Winfield October 7 Volunteers of all ages are needed to participate and to raise money for cystic fibrosis research. Mother's Day Tea
This event was held the week of Mother's Day. It is a letter writing campaign that stretches across the country. Over 20 were involved in this eventful day and enjoyed time with Dr. Sorscher.
Celebrity Waiter
This event is a night of fun and rivalry with local celebrities waiting on tables, "who are at your beck and call". The waiter who wins the most will receive a prize. It will be held in Birmingham, October 6th at The Club.
