Alabama Cystic Fibrosis Foundation Update

Great Strides Walk – Great Strides 2000 is a 10K (6.2) mile corporate walk held in different cities across the United States each year.  So far Alabama has raised the following amounts:

Huntsville	$36,000
Mobile	$31,000
Birmingham	$48,000
Montgomery	$17,000
Florence	Walk is October 1st!
Tuscaloosa	Walk is October 7th!
Winfield	Walk is October 7th!

As you can tell, this year has been a great success so far!

Celebrity Waiter –

This event is a night of fun and rivalry with local celebrities participating by waiting on tables.  They are at your “beckon call” and the waiter that raises the most money in “tips” will receive a prize.  It will be held on October 6^th at The Club in Birmingham, AL.

Tennis Auction Ball and Tourney –

A fun cocktail party with Birmingham’s best tennis pros being paired off with amateur players to be auctioned off to the highest bidders as team owners!  Don’t miss this one!
